About Arizona Science Center Camps at Gilbert Southeast Regional Library

Gilbert Parks and Recreation offers half-day Arizona Science Center camps at the Southeast Regional Library during school breaks. The winter break 2026 camp, Arctic Adventures, has campers explore how animals stay dry and warm in icy habitats, build mini igloos, learn how Arctic peoples used snow goggles, and engineer and race sleds through hands-on challenges and winter-themed games. The fall break camp, Innovation Station, turns campers into inventors working through STEM challenges, experiments and engineering projects. Camps run 9 a.m. to noon, with separate weeks for ages 5 to 8 and 9 to 12.
