L.E.A.P. is Liberty Elementary School District #25's before- and after-school extended day program, serving children ages 5-14 (kindergarten through eighth grade) in an environment where they can be nurtured, physically active and engaged in academic enrichment. The program's 2026-27 calendar keeps L.E.A.P. open for part of winter break for a separate fee: it is closed December 21-25 (winter recess) and January 1, and open December 28-31, 2026. On school breaks the program runs 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; the district lists the school-break rate as $195 plus a $30 activity fee, with a $40 annual registration fee. During the school year L.E.A.P. runs at three sites: Blue Horizons Elementary (20070 W. Blue Horizons Pkwy., Buckeye), Estrella Mountain Elementary (10301 S. San Miguel Dr., Goodyear) and Westar Elementary (17777 W. Westar Dr., Goodyear). L.E.A.P. is DES-licensed and accepts DES child care assistance. Families register through the district's L.E.A.P. registration form, and a program specialist follows up within two business days.
